Shopping at AzzumA is easy.

1. Click on any designer's logo to view their collections.

2. To access any fashion within a collection, simply click on the image. A larger picture will appear showing details and ordering information.

3. Use the dropdown menus to make your selections, just point and click. You MUST select a quantity for each item that you wish to purchase and then click "Add to Shopping Cart".

4. You may access your shopping cart at any time to view your selections by simply clicking on "View Shopping Cart".

5. Once you have finished making all of your selections, click on "End Shopping & Checkout".

6. Once you have clicked on "End Shopping & Checkout", you will be prompted to select the appropriate shipping destination. Please note incorrect shipping selection will be adjusted to reflect proper shipping rates.

7. Choose your method of purchasing by clicking on the appropriate icon for on line, fax or mail purchases.

8. Fill out your credit card, billing and shipping information carefully. Errors may cause delay in processing your order. Please be certain to enter your e-mail address correctly so that you will receive a copy of your order.

9. If you do not receive a copy of your order that means we did not receive your order. Most likely an incorrect e-mail address has been submitted.

10. You must confirm your order via e-mail. Please check your order carefully by checking sizes, colors, quantities, etc...
If you do not confirm your order, we will not process it.

4. Free shipping for orders that total $400.00 or more in the Continental United States.

5. Orders may take 2-8 weeks depending upon availability and delivery destination, sooner when possible. Delivery times may vary due to the fact that we offer primarily French designer lingerie. If we currently are out of stock in your selection, it may take approximately 2-8 weeks to fill your order.



EXCHANGES

SEVEN-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final, however we will accept exchanges to ensure proper fit. Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and received by our office NO LATER than seven days from the delivery date. We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure delivery. In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Items not returned in this condition within 7 days will NOT be exchanged and will simply be resent to the customer. Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please note sale items, clearance items, special offers, hosiery, custom made DePledge lingerie and select sizes are final sales and are not exchangeable.
