EXCHANGES SEVEN-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY All sales are final, however we will accept exchanges to ensure proper fit. Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and received by our office NO LATER than seven days from the delivery date. We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure delivery. In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Items not returned in this condition within 7 days will NOT be exchanged and will simply be resent to the customer.
